Meet the Facilitator

Aubrey Rainbow, LCPAT, LCPC, ATR-BC, is a licensed art therapist with over 6 years of experience as a therapist and more than 20 years in the mental health field. She runs a private practice in Olney, MD, where she works primarily with adults, including lawyers, men, other therapists, professionals, and neurodivergent individuals, supporting them through the unique pressures and complexities of their lives.

Aubrey is also an exhibiting artist working in acrylic painting and mixed media, and she stays active in the local art community as a board member of the Olney Art Association. Her own creative practice informs how she facilitates. She believes deeply in the power of creating in community, and in art-making as a tool for insight, connection, and growth, not just for those who consider themselves "artists," but for anyone willing to pick up a material and see what happens.

Outside of individual practice, Aubrey brings that same spirit into her workshops, creating space where creativity, reflection, and connection can unfold together.
